One biggie is that the accessory rail isn't standard size. The grooves are spaced right, but it's half again as narrow as a standard weaver rail. The former could get worn down/blasted away over time when using full load blanks- had that happen on a couple Pythons. The latter was more durable, but didn't look quite right in closeup. They are not cheap and hard to find - here in the UK - about £65 . Also some dealers wont sell them to private individuals - dunno why moral panic I guess - not clear about the law on these and I,m not sure who is !! The UK laws seem to change every other day They are well made too of a high impact resin outer with steel detonator on a 3-4 second fuse once you pull the pin and release the lever ... My Glock and Beretta are both front venting, have open barrel and have threads in front of barrel that I can screw an adaptor on. Does that mean mine pistol will have spark, flame and smoke coming out in front of the muzzle? I am looking forward to buy more of these pistols when I can ... I actually picked this up 2nd hand so paid a lot less than normal, i am very impressed with this model it is superb there is good reason for that as the company who make it are pietta who also make real ...
